We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Surgical Technologist to join our team at Midland Ambulatory Surgery Center.
About the Role
This role involves working closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nurses to ensure smooth surgical procedures.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of operating rooms, equipment, and supplies before each procedure.
- Monitoring and maintaining a sterile environment throughout the procedure.
- Collaborating with the surgical team to anticipate and respond to any issues that may arise during the procedure.
- Supporting the efficient flow of the surgical process.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
- Surgical Technologist certification or completion of a Surgical Technician Program.
- 1 year experience in an ambulatory surgical setting (desired).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks under pressure.
