Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining a sterile field during surgical procedures
• Preparing and restocking supplies and equipment
• Supporting the philosophy, objectives, and goals of the surgery center
• Participating in quality improvement activities

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) or Surgical First Assistant (SFA)
• 1-2 years of experience in an ambulatory surgical center
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and patient care
