About the Role:
The successful candidate will oversee daily operations in the operating room, drive initiatives to boost efficiency, and elevate the patient experience. As Clinical Director, you will collaborate with the Administrator to ensure fiscal accountability, develop policies, and assess staff performance.
Your leadership will involve managing staff credentialing, driving safety measures, handling risk management, and utilizing your clinical expertise to improve outcomes. Experience in OR and pre/postoperative care is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies for clinical excellence and departmental growth.
- Oversee resource allocation and budget planning.
- Plan and manage patient care operations and administrative programs.
