The Registered Nurse Manager is responsible for leading the clinical departments, including tasks such as staff development, quality assurance initiatives, and budget monitoring. This leader must possess excellent critical thinking skills and emotional intelligence to manage relationships with staff at all levels.
Responsibilities:
- Implement staff development programs and quality assurance initiatives.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for program growth.
- Manage regulatory compliance, including Joint Commission and CMS standards.
- Oversee program development and ensure adherence to fiscal budgets and performance improvement goals.
- Schedule and supervise clinical staff, ensuring optimal patient care and operational efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in perioperative, pre-op, or PACU clinical areas.
- Ambulatory surgical center experience is a plus.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance standards.

- Current certification in BLS and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
- Minimum of five years of operating room or critical care experience.
