**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement strategies to improve clinical department performance according to company standards
- Assume responsibility for budgeting and resource allocation
- Plan and oversee all patient care and administrative operations
- Recruit and assign qualified personnel to ensure effective staffing
- Coordinate and supervise staff to provide constructive feedback
- Evaluate performance and discipline employees when necessary
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as clinical director or other managerial position
- Current RN license
- Perioperative experience required
- Experience in clinical supervision and program management
- Solid understanding of budgeting, resourcing, and performance evaluation procedures
- Excellent knowledge of standards (e.g., ISO) and regulations for the clinical field
