Job Title: OR Registered Nurse
Memorial Hermann Surgery Center Woodforest is seeking a motivated and experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ASC environment.
Job Summary:
The OR Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing nursing care and service during surgery cases, positioning the patient, prepping the patient, and circulating the case. The RN will work with patients undergoing various surgical procedures, including Orthopedics, ENT, General, GI, Gynecology, Ophthalmology, Pain, Plastic, Podiatry, and Urology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care and service during surgery cases
- Position the patient, prep the patient, and circulate the case
- Work with patients undergoing various surgical procedures
Requirements:
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing
- Currently licensed in the state
- CPR required, advanced life support certification required
- One year experience required intra-operative setting
- Demonstrates clinical competency, leadership, and teaching capabilities
- Physically and emotionally capable of performing responsibilities of position
