Job Summary
The Operating Room Turnover Technician plays a vital role in the surgical team by ensuring operating rooms are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and prepared for the next surgery. This position requires a dedicated individual who can perform rapid, efficient, and detailed cleaning duties in a high-pressure environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of infection control practices and be committed to providing a safe and sterile environment for patients and staff

Required Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in surgical services or environmental services.
- Knowledge of infection control practices and the use of disinfectants.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Excellent physical condition, capable of standing for long periods, bending, and lifting heavy loads.
