Job Title: Pre-Operative and PACU/Recovery Nurse

This role requires a top-performer with expertise in pre-operative and PACU/recovery nursing, driving quality and satisfaction metrics in the metro-Atlanta area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional patient care in a hospital setting, ensuring the highest level of safety and satisfaction.
- Maintain current TX Nursing License, CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
- Collaborate effectively with patients, hospital staff, physicians, vendors, and the public.
- Foster open communication and adaptability, embracing change and innovation in the workplace.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital setting.
- Strong knowledge base relative to surgery procedures and patient management.
- Ability to recognize, evaluate, solve problems, and correct errors.
- Basic knowledge of Performance Improvement ideology.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in an ASC (Ambulatory Surgical Center).
- Team-oriented and patient-focused approach.
