Your primary responsibilities will include:
Main Tasks
- Providing comprehensive patient care to patients emerging from general anesthesia or sedation
- Assisting physicians in procedure rooms with tasks such as conscious sedation and sterile techniques
- Evaluating patients' conditions to ensure optimal care and comfort
Key Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current Florida Nursing License
- Current BLS required, ACLS preferred
- Prior perioperative experience is preferred but not required; willing to train the right candidate
- Understanding of aseptic technique principles and their implementation
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
