Job Summary:
Memorial Hermann Surgery Center Woodforest seeks a motivated Radiology Technologist. This fast-paced ASC environment is committed to delivering high-quality work and experiences for patients and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Perform multiple procedures under physician direction, operating imaging and radiology equipment.
- Skilled in sterile field assistance during OR and pain management procedures.
- Maintain professional relationships with physicians and staff.
Requirements:
- Strong OR skills.
- Experience with Siemens and OEC C-Arms.
- Independent decision-making skills.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.
- Excellent communication skills.
- AART Registered and CPR Current.
- Texas state license (MRT).
- One-year hospital experience required (three years preferred).
- Familiarity with local, state, federal, and Joint Commission Regulations.
Working Conditions:
- Regularly exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals.
- Frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, extreme cold, and radiation risk.
- Occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, electrical shock risk.
