Join our Team! USpireND has an exciting opportunity within the Healthy Families Program as a Family Support Specialist. This position offers room for considerable growth within the organization. As a Family Support Specialist your role is responsible for building trusting relationships with families based on the Healthy Families America model. The FSS will visit families virtually, in their homes or other established location to provide support in establishing positive home environments, promoting strong attachments through parent child relationships, and encouraging the well-being of children and families. Utilizing a strengths-based approach the FSS will practice reflective strategies to strengthen parent-child relationships, improve parenting skills, teach effective problem solving and reduce family stress.

- Physical Demands and Work Environment :
- Up to 20% travel and travel typically within a 75-mile radius.Working most typically in an office or home setting with clients.
