Role Overview
A Specialist, QA Documentation Compliance will be responsible for the writing, reviewing, distribution, collection, storage, and maintenance of our company’s compliance documentation as applicable.
This position will help ensure compliance to SOPs, GMP documentation and to 21 CFR Part 111 and 117.
Areas of Responsibility
- Preparation and management of customer product specifications.
- Preparation and management of Product specifications, COAs, SDS.
- Review of Product Labels and supplement facts.
- Preparation and / or approval of technical questionnaires and other documents.
- Management and / or preparation of vendor qualification documents.
- Preparation of Food safety Plan and other quality related documents.
- Play an active role on quality management team within the organization.
- Coordinate Finished Product release.
- Creates documentation that meets the regulatory requirements before distributing through the company to implement.
- Keeps up to date with the regulatory requirements around documentation and implements changes if necessary.
- Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the processes and documentation requirements.
- Play an active role on quality management team within the organization.
- Any other duties which may be assigned from time to time.
