Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently, ensuring all duties are completed within designated timeframes.
- Conduct floor care, including sweeping, polishing, and carpet cleaning as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness in both residential and commercial settings, adhering to established standards of hygiene.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning tasks.
- Assist with laundry services when required, ensuring linens and towels are clean and well-maintained.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in housekeeping management or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices is a plus.
- Experience in hotel or residential cleaning environments is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Knowledge of proper sanitation methods and cleaning techniques is essential.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
