USPRO is seeking an experienced Sales/Business Development Professional to join its rapidly growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business development opportunities across the country, improving USPRO’s client relationships, and increasing sales revenue with existing clients.

Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Have a successful track record of business development in the staffing industry.
- Ability to leverage previous experience and tailor staffing solutions specific to the clients’ needs and expectations.
- Coordinate daily activities with recruiters including candidate screening, orientation, and the placement of candidates within client organizations.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery to hiring managers for all facets of talent acquisition.
- Must excel in the following mission-critical business development functions:
- Identifying new B2B prospects, qualifying new leads, interacting with potential end-users/decision makers, establishing communication channels and strong relationships with new and existing clients, performing complex negotiations, and identifying cross-selling opportunities within all levels of client organizational structures.
- Highly skilled at outbound sales tactics; cold-calling, scheduling appointments for client visits, and attending networking events when necessary.
- Highly driven to meet or exceed revenue and profit goals.
- Ability to effectively move prospects through the stages of the sales pipeline.
- Stay up to date with industry trends relating to USPRO’s many staffing verticals – e.g., logistics, engineering, IT, and defense.
- Conduct market research to gain a competitive advantage as an industry expert by understanding customer needs, identifying market trends, and analyzing competitor strategies.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience developing and maintaining strong client relationships
- Experience with search engines, job platforms, recruitment marketing software, and social media platforms
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems, client relationship management systems, and digital sales pipelines/funnels
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, highly competitive environment
- Must be a goal-oriented team player with excellent presentation skills
- Must be capable of building strong relationships with hiring managers
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to take direction and be self-reliant.
- Proven track record of delivering results in the staffing industry.

Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
