You Are:
UST is searching for an Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Lead who will be responsible for discovery, design and implementation of AJO requirements e.g. Creating AJO Campaign, AJO Journeys, Communication Templates with the help of content provided by business.
The opportunity:
- AJO Development - Individual Contribution (60%) - Strong understanding of AJO modules including but not limited to Campaigns & Journeys along with activities involved in it Events, Audience, Orchestration activities, Content Fragments, Channel configurations.
- Data management - Build data models, configure data schemas, and apply data quality rules. - Campaign development
- Create AJO Campaigns with relevant Target list (API based OR Audience read) and using various communication channels like Email, SMS, Push notifications.
- Creation of Communication templates - including content fragments by referring the content provided by business/client agencies.
- Campaign execution - Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns across channels using AJO Campaign/Journey. - AJO out of the box reports
- Strong understanding of the out of the box reports for AJO journey and Campaigns (24-Hrs and All time reports), analyze the Campaign effectiveness/insights. AJO Development - Lead (40%)
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, data engineers, and project managers.
- Review the changes done by junior AJO developers.
- Technical issue resolution - Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues and guide the team for any blockers being faced.
- Helping team to understanding the client requirements and solutioning it for Junior Developers.

What you need:
- Overall IT Experience of 6 years, with minimum 2 years of hands-on development experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
- Experience with AEP RT-CDP and XDM Modelling. - Experience working with APIs, RESTful services.
- Expertise and Experience in SQL (Oracle / SQL Server / PostgreSQL). - Programming experience (Javascript / Java / VB / C# / PHP).
- Knowledge of Web Technologies like HTML, and CSS would be a plus.
- Good communication skills to ensure effective customer interactions, communications, and documentation.
- Self-starter - Organized and highly motivated.
- Fast learner, ability to learn new technologies/languages.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
Role Location: Washington
Compensation Range: $98,000-$148,000

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.
