You Are:
The Agile Delivery Lead is responsible for driving the successful delivery of projects and products within an Agile framework. This role focuses on facilitating Agile processes, removing impediments, coaching teams, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of business value. The Agile Delivery Lead works closely with cross-functional teams, product owners, and stakeholders to enable collaboration, transparency, and efficiency in software development and operational initiatives.
The opportunity:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Remove impediments and obstacles to ensure the smooth flow of work and enable team success.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture while promoting Agile principles and best practices.
- Work closely with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Support the development and implementation of Agile methodologies across teams and departments.
- Utilize Agile metrics (e.g., velocity, cycle time, burndown charts) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or others as appropriate.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and encourage experimentation to optimize delivery processes.
- Facilitate cross-team dependencies and align stakeholders to achieve seamless delivery of complex solutions.
- Advocate for Agile values, principles, and mindset throughout the organization.

What you need:
- Proven experience as an Agile Delivery Lead, Scrum Master, or similar role in an Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, frameworks, and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar).
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and leadership skills to enable Agile adoption across teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remove blockers and drive solutions.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, designers, and business stakeholders.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with scaling Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Spotify Model) is a plus.
- Certification in Agile (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, PMI-ACP) is preferred.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with distributed teams.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Lean and Agile transformation strategies.
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
Role Location: Missouri
Compensation Range: $104,000-$156,000

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.
