You Are:
An experienced Delivery Director will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of a highly complex, large-scale IT solutions programs.
The Opportunity:
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of the IT infrastructure services program, ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing operation of services across datacentres, cloud (primarily Azure), networks, end-user computing, service desks, and ITSM.
- Lead and manage a diverse, global team of 100 resources across various functional areas, ensuring team alignment and effective execution of service delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client’s senior leadership, ensuring that the client’s strategic objectives are met and that services are delivered in accordance with expectations.
- Lead the planning and execution of complex transitions, ensuring smooth onboarding of services, effective integration of new technologies, and successful change management.
- Identify and manage delivery risks and issues, ensuring that they are mitigated or escalated as necessary. Develop and implement contingency plans to ensure service continuity and mitigate impact to the client.
- Manage the financial health of the program, including P&L, budgeting, and forecasting. Ensure that delivery costs are controlled, and that the program meets its financial objectives.
What you need:
- At least 15 years of experience in delivering IT programs, with strategic leadership to drive operational excellence, manage large teams, overseeing complex transitions, and manage both customer and financial outcomes.
- Relevant certifications in IT infrastructure, project management
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale transitions, migrations, and service transformations for global customers.
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
Role Location: Remote
Compensation Range: $188,000 to $282,000
Benefits
Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.
