You Are:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ORMB (Oracle Revenue Management and Billing) Tech Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, with a deep understanding of ORMB, and the ability to lead a team in delivering high-quality solutions.
The opportunity:
- As the ORMB Tech Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ORMB solutions, overseeing technical team members, and ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
- Act creatively to develop applications by selecting appropriate technical options, optimizing application development, maintenance and performance by employing design patterns and reusing proven solutions.
- Account for others' developmental activities; assisting Project Manager in day-to-day project execution.
This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.
What you need:
- 5 years of hands-on experience working with Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB).
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role, managing a team of developers.
- Experience with integrating ORMB with other enterprise systems.
- Strong experience with Oracle Database technologies.
- Proficiency in data migration, troubleshooting, and system performance optimization.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of ORMB architecture and configuration.
- In-depth understanding of ORMB workflows, process models, and configuration tools.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and tools related to ORMB deployment (e.g., Oracle Cloud).
- Ability to write complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
Role Location: Remote
Compensation Range: $95,000-$143,750
Benefits
Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.
