The Opportunity

Aliso Viejo, CA 92656
(Unanticipated Client Site throughout the US)
Compensation Range: $101,130.00 - $124,000.00 per year: 40 hours per week: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Benefits
Full-time, regular employees accrue up to 16 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses. Certain regular employees may have the potential for quarterly incentive-based bonuses and or commissions depending on role. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

UST is seeking a Lead II - Business Analysis for full-time employment
The Opportunity
- Analyze data trends and complex data codes, related to the annual population of the HEDIS roadmap; and
- Develop reports of analytical testing results in connection with HEDIS data.
- Prepare reports that identify, define, and evaluate problems as identified in data analysis and recommend solutions; and
- Apply analytical and statistical testing to provide benchmarking of annual HEDIS audit data.
- Prepare and present reports that communicate business directives, goals, and technological needs as identified in data; and
- Maintain comprehensive understanding of the business provider data and IT networks, products, programs, corporate organizational structure, and research principles/methodologies to manage multiple data projects.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors or Foreign Equivalent Degree in Computer Science, MIS (Management Information System), CIS (Computer Information Systems), Engineering-any branch or a related field of study and
- Two (2) Years of Experience as Lead II - Business Analysis or Consultant I or related occupation.
- The Two (2) Years of experience in the job or related occupation required must have experience in SQL Server Management Studio SAS and Power Bl.
- The employer will accept a foreign education equivalent to a bachelor’s degree as determined by a qualified credential evaluation service.
- Travel and/or relocate to any work site in the us as needed with expenses paid by employer. May telecommute from any location in the us. Travel/relocation to various unanticipated worksites within the United States is required. International travel is not required. Exact worksite location and frequency of travel cannot be predicted as it may vary/change depending on project availability
