D365 F&O Solutions Architect (Functional)

Location: Taunton

Employment Type: Permanent & Hybrid

We are looking for a highly experienced D365 F&O Solutions Architect with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O to design and implement enterprise-wide ERP solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker who can integrate functional and technical solutions, guide project teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive business success.

The Role

• Define and establish a global ERP architecture, integrating solutions across functional domains.
• Recommend the right Dynamics 365 apps, modules, and industry-specific ISV solutions.
• Oversee project teams, track key milestones, coordinate actions, and resolve issues.
• Define KPIs, measure business operations success, and validate ERP system performance.
• Act as a bridge between business users, IT teams, and external stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Support ERP adoption by designing training programs and redefining roles & responsibilities.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, mentor functional consultants, and expand your professional network.
  
  

What You Will Bring

• Extensive experience in Dynamics 365 F&O, specializing in one or more of the following: Finance
• Strong solution architecture expertise, with experience in enterprise-scale ERP implementations
• Proven ability to shape deals, estimate projects, and drive digital transformation initiatives
• Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related domain. An MBA (Finance or Operations) is highly desirable
• Willingness to travel to customer site if required
