You Are
UST is searching for a Skin Care Lifecycle Project Manager who will provide PMO project management expertise for assigned NPI’s, and LifeCycle Management projects.
The Opportunity
What You Need
Role Location: New Jersey
Compensation Range: $96,000-$144,000
Benefits
Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

You Are
UST is searching for a Skin Care Lifecycle Project Manager who will provide PMO project management expertise for assigned NPI’s, and LifeCycle Management projects.
The Opportunity
- Hybrid: In office/remote
- Work with Technical Partners; Analytical and Micro to substantiate claims
- Manage the change control process for products in the portfolio
- Work within Planisware
- Partner with R&D and Supply Chain to define project requirements and budget
- Socialize deliverables with cross functional management and assemble project team
- Establish project governance protocols and reporting schedule
- Develop/define project plan and stage-gate milestones, and achieve alignment with PMO management
- Schedule/lead kickoff meeting with internal team and external suppliers/stakeholders as necessary
- Schedule/lead regular team meetings managing activity to reformulation milestone deliverables
- Coordinate and manage project activity across all functions per the plan
- Influence business partner stakeholders to overcome issues that may arise
- Regularly report activity and status to PMO and company leadership utilizing appropriate dashboard metrics and personal presentations
- Project go live on time and on budget, as aligned with any approved scope changes that may develop during the project
- Manage decommission activity of product formulas, physical inventory and specifications
- Schedule, manage and document lessons learned per company protocols
