You Are
We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, robust, and high-performing software solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise across a wide range of technologies, including front-end, back-end, databases, big data, and cloud solutions. They will be responsible for defining the technical architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals, and mentoring development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Compensation Range: $85,000-$125,000
Benefits
Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, robust, and high-performing software solutions. They will be responsible for defining the technical architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals, and mentoring development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
The Opportunity
- Define and document end-to-end architecture for enterprise-level systems.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions using Angular, Node.js, Java, Python, and React Native.
- Ensure seamless integration between front-end, back-end, and database systems, including SQL, MongoDB, Oracle, Elastic DB, and Redis.
- Architect and implement cloud-based solutions using AWS Glue, AWS EMR, AWS Lambda, and AWS Elasticsearch.
- Leverage Spark and big data technologies for real-time data processing and analytics.
- Provide technical direction to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Lead proof-of-concept (POC) efforts to evaluate new technologies and approaches.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines.
- Design and optimize database schemas for relational (SQL, Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) systems.
- Implement indexing, caching, and query optimization strategies.
- Work closely with stakeholders, including product managers and business teams, to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Collaborate with QA teams to define testing strategies and ensure quality deliverables.
- Conduct performance tuning for applications, databases, and cloud services.
- Implement security best practices, including data encryption, authentication, and secure API design.
- Create detailed technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, workflows, and user guides.
- Mentor junior developers and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
What You Need
- Key Skills and Competencies: Technical Skills: Front-End: Angular, React Native. Back-End: Node.js, Java, Python.
