You Are
A Solutions Architect who has a passion for Artificial Intelligence and a knack of crafting compelling solutions and, as a technical expert, will drive customer adoption of Microsoft’s AI solutions.
The Opportunity
Role Location: Remote
Compensation Range: $133,000-200,000
Benefits
Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

The Opportunity
- Help shape the future of Microsoft AI by building and selling our AI story to customers.
- Leverage your deep understanding of AI technology to develop impactful solutions and translate them into clear value propositions for our clients.
- Design and build compelling Microsoft AI solutions that address customer needs. Create transactable offers for our online marketplace.
- Become the internal champion for Microsoft AI solutions, actively evangelizing to customers and Microsoft field architects, and foster strong partnerships to drive successful customer engagements.
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline of active customer opportunities, identifying potential customers and nurturing relationships.
- Secure funding from Microsoft resources where applicable to support solution development and customer initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Microsoft teams to optimize close rates on customer opportunities.
- Demonstrate a high level of technical expertise in Microsoft AI solutions. Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders, including field architects.
- Demonstrate consistent growth in the Microsoft AI pipeline by quarter.
- Successfully secure funding from Microsoft resources to support AI initiatives.
- Develop and launch new transactable Microsoft AI solution offerings in the marketplace.
- Successfully attain two or more Microsoft AI specializations to further enhance your technical expertise.
- At least 12 years of Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise value propositions for customers with deep understanding of Microsoft AI solutions and their capabilities.
