We are Tennis! The USTA (United States Tennis Association) is the national governing body for the sport of tennis and the leader in promoting and developing the sport’s growth on every level in the United States, from local communities to the crown jewel of the professional game, the US Open.

The Role
This is an 8-week program from June 10th through August 13th.
Working hours: Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
Hybrid schedule: Must be capable to work on-site 2-3 days per week at the National Campus - Orlando.
Hourly rate: $16.00
Event Support: Assist in planning, organizing, and executing sports events, tournaments, and related activities.
Research & Analysis: Conduct research to support new initiatives, analyze industry trends, and present recommendations to leadership.
Data Management: Maintain and organize databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records for projects and events.
Operational Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve event execution.
Communications: Draft materials such as reports, presentations, and memos for internal and external audiences.
Administrative Duties: Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics, and managing correspondence.
Special Projects: Contribute to ad hoc projects that align with organizational goals and provide learning opportunities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
