We are seeking individuals to work in our Player Services areas as Locker Room Cleaners to play an essential role in the US Open guest experience.
Start Date: August 12, 2025
End Date: September 7, 2025
Must be available every day
The Role
Ensure Cleanliness and Hygiene
- Provide cleaning services in the Player Locker Room as needed, ensuring it remains organized and sanitary.
- Clean, dust, and vacuum all areas of the locker rooms, including showers, bathrooms, and common spaces.
- Wipe down surfaces and sanitize high-touch areas regularly to maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
- Empty trash receptacles and remove soiled towels, and replace with fresh items.
Stock and Supply Management
- Maintain an adequate supply of towels, toiletries, paper products, and other necessary items.
- Restock toiletries (e.g., soap, shampoo, lotion) and ensure paper products (toilet paper, paper towels) are replenished.
- Report any maintenance concerns, damages, or unsafe conditions to the Manager in a timely manner.
- Follow all safety protocols while cleaning and using equipment.
- Maintain accurate records and inventory of all supplies provided by the NTC Team.
Customer Service
- Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a clean, welcoming, and organized environment for all users of the locker rooms.
- Assist with any requests or concerns from customers related to the locker room facilities.
- Perform additional cleaning and maintenance tasks as requested by the Manager or as needed to ensure the locker rooms meet high cleanliness standards.
Who You Are
- Previous experience in guest or customer service is preferred.
- Previous experience with housekeeping and/or maintenance.
- A thorough understanding of cleanliness standards and a commitment to maintaining high hygiene levels.
- Strong communication and people skills, and can interact with players, staff, and other tournament participants professionally and respectfully.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and able to perform physical tasks throughout the day.
- A proactive team player who remains composed in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Must be available to work every day of the tournament.
- Able to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Bilingual language skills are a plus.

Compensation: This is a non-exempt position with an hourly rate of $18.00
