The Role
- Train and supervise locker room attendants to ensure high performance and professionalism.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate expectations, provide feedback, and address concerns.
- Monitor staff performance, offering coaching and constructive feedback to enhance service quality.
- Enforce all safety and security protocols, fostering a safe and positive work environment.
- Empower attendants to proactively problem-solve and deliver exceptional service.
- Provide daily operational updates during Player Operations team meetings.
- Oversee and coordinate the pre-tournament setup of the Women's Locker Room.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and inventory of locker room amenities, delegating tasks effectively.
- Collaborate with key departments (security, medical, operations) to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage special player requests while maintaining discretion and respecting privacy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with players, their teams, and key stakeholders.
- Anticipate player needs and resolve issues with professionalism and discretion.
- Handle conflicts diplomatically, ensuring a calm and professional atmosphere.
- Conduct daily inventory checks, anticipate shortages, and coordinate restocking efforts.
- Participate in pre-tournament planning calls and assist with additional duties as needed.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
Who You Are
- Experienced leader with a background in hospitality, sports, entertainment, or high-pressure environments.
- Strong supervisory skills with a proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be able to work Flexible hours, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift and carry moderate weights.
