The Role
Assist in the overall roles of the Creative Services department design, production, and archiving. The position will be responsible for supporting all USTA creative needs in marketing, advertising and promotion. Project work will include USTA Corporate, USTA National Campus, Sponsorship, Community Tennis (Net Generation, Membership, Tennis On Campus, Leagues, Junior Team Tennis Red Ball, etc.), and USTA Foundation.
- Oversee the development of USTA design work for Corporate, USTA Marketing, and USTA Foundation, as assigned by Manager, Creative Services.
- Works creatively and independently with final approval from Director, Creative Services.
- Work collaboratively with fellow content creators; participate in regular brainstorming and pitch sessions.
- Work with the broader Communications & Content Team to create materials around key initiatives and as events unfold in real-time.
- Engage in all aspects of the production process with external vendors, including bidding, project timetables, press runs and invoicing.
- Ensure all areas of USTA comply with design policies and style guide regulations for all USTA logos, including corporate logos, Community Tennis program logos, and Section logos.
- Occasional administrative tasks including archiving, supplies / equipment management, design software upgrades, and training.
- Provide input, as requested, on other creative projects currently being handled by external agencies.

The expected range for the base salary for this position is $45,000 - 52,000. Any additional pay or benefits a person may qualify for are not included in this range. The actual base salary offered is determined by several variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, the years of relevant experience, their unique skills, and the location from which they will be performing the job.
