Healthcare Administrator

The Contract Implementation Specialist serves as a support for the Associate Contract Specialists on the Contract Implementation team. The Contract Implementation Specialist will manage the ServiceNow intake queue for submissions for contract implementations and monitoring of general email box. Other duties include various tracking and administrative tasks such as returning agreements to providers and monitoring of email boxes. This person serves as the central l point for preparing, mailing, and tracking contract implementations. The Contract Implementation Specialist is responsible for ensuring all required documentation has been received and submitted for implementation and ultimately shared with the provider where applicable.

Key Responsibilities/Duties

• Manage the intake of Contract Implementation requests in Service Now
• Assign to relevant Associate Contract Specialist
• Monitor email boxes and track volumes where applicable
• Store contracts and all associated documentation and information appropriately as directed by Manager
• Provide status reports on a regular basis regarding volumes and assignments
• Prepares tracking documents and supports the Associate Contract Specialists under the guidance of the Manager
• Manages/participates in special projects
• Other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Experience:

• 1 years administrative experience in health care preferred
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications required
• Excellent written & communication skills required

Skill Requirements:

• Must be able to organize and manage multiple, competing priorities
• Requires excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills
• Ability to appropriately identify and escalate high-profile situations

Working Conditions and Additional Requirements:

• Hybrid Work position – primarily remote with possible requirement to come into Canton, MA office
• Must be able to work under normal office conditions and work from home as required.
• Work may require simultaneous use of a telephone/headset and PC/keyboard and sitting for extended durations.
