USTT INC, a company dedicated to the placement of cleaning employees in the hospitality sector requires a coordinator a Manager On Site – Housekeeping Department. He/She will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the highest standards of cleaning and maintenance at the assigned property. This position involves supervising cleaning staff, managing quality control processes, maintaining client relationships, and coordinating the deployment of staff when necessary. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen sense of detail, and a commitment to exceptional service.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Team leadership: Hire, train, and supervise housekeeping staff, including room attendants and supervisors. Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.
Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce housekeeping and maintenance standards at all properties. Conduct periodic inspections to ensure compliance with established standards and implement corrective actions.
Customer relations: To be the main point of contact for customers. Be the main point of contact for clients regarding cleaning services. Address customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Operational Management: To develop and manage cleaning service schedules. Develop and manage domestic service schedules to ensure efficient coverage and timely completion of tasks.
Invoicing. Assist in referring billing inquiries. Compliance with health and safety standards: Ensure that all housekeeping activities are carried out promptly. Ensure all cleaning activities meet health and safety standards, including proper handling of chemicals and cleaning equipment.
- REQUIREMENTS
Fluency in both languages, English and Spanish.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in housekeeping management or related supervisory roles.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Ability to learn to use cleaning management software and office automation.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
