Process Improvement and Systems Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Process Improvement and Systems Analyst to collaborate with internal stakeholders, evaluate existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to optimize efficiency and streamline operations.
About the Role
This is an onsite role working Monday - Friday, 9:00 - 5:00 in our headquarters in Rockland County, NY. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, document workflows, and understand business needs.
- Conducting thorough analysis of current business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Utilizing data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, and root causes of process issues, and recommending solutions.
- Designing and documenting new processes, workflows, and procedures, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Providing training and support to team members on new processes and systems implementations, while keeping them informed on other ideas.
- Monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of process improvement initiatives, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting on results.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
We require a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering, or related field, as well as 3 years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, or systems analysis role. You must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically. Additionally, we need:
- Experience working with technology platforms required.
- Proficiency in process mapping, data analysis, and process optimization methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma).
- Experience with business process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and project management software.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
