We are seeking a Program Management & Change Management Consultant to join our team for a 4-6-month assignment. This is a full-time remote role working Monday - Friday, 9 : 00 - 5 : 00 EST with ability to travel to our headquarters in Rockland County, NY as needed.
Responsibilities :
- Support the establishment of our Project Management Office (PMO) :
Support the build out in creating a roadmap for the PMO's implementation and integration within the organization.
Develop and implement a consistent methodology for project management and planning across the organization.
Conduct discovery sessions with team members to understand current workflows and communication methods.
Create a repository of project management best practices, templates, and tools that can be accessed and utilized by project managers across the organization.
Evaluate, recommend, and implement a project management tool (e.g., Asana, Jira).
Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of project execution, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
Ensure timely and successful completion of 1-2 critical projects.
Prepare comprehensive project documentation and handover materials.
