Provide administrative support of a unit's routine business or academic activities.
Minimum Education and Experience
High school graduate or equivalent : Some college coursework or relevant experience.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Two years of college and one year of related work experience
- Experience in an office or testing center environment
- Knowledge of college policies, procedures, and operations
- Knowledge of prescribed testing conditions and testing security
- Customer service and professional courtesy skills
- Time management skills
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Ability to articulate testing requirements
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions precisely
- Ability to maintain constant vigilance and detect any sign of scholastic dishonesty
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Additional Information
Must be flexible to work Monday through Friday to support Testing Center's schedule : Morning, Mid-Afternoon, or Evening and at least one Saturday per month.
A remote work schedule is not available for this position.
