Get to Know Your Team :
UT Health Athens is a 127-bed facility, including a 24-hour ED, designated as a Level IV trauma center and Level III stroke center; advanced diagnostic technology; 10-bed ICU; maternity unit radiation therapy center; and a stand-alone ED in Gun Barrel City.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and advocate for our patients' care & create an appropriate discharge plan.
Be required to review patients' charts, and to meet with families and healthcare providers to establish the most suitable course of action.
Should remain in contact with patients and their families during the hospitalization stay.
Qualifications
Job Requirements :
Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN)
2 years prior clinical experience
Must maintain current Texas RN License
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certified
Preferred Job Requirements :
Experience in inpatient Behavioral Health or home health case-management environment
