Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Ultrasound Vascular Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Echo & Vascular ultrasound diagnostic procedures for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients in a manner that ensures an accurate and complete examination by complying with established policies and procedures
- Organize and document all aspects of assigned patient care in coordination with doctors, nurses, and all other individuals providing care to your patient, to ensure accurate and timely performance of all echo/vascular ultrasound procedures
- Participate in quality improvement activities (including departmental adherence to ICAEL/ICAVL standards) by participating in the collection and organization of data to ensure quality is consistent with established standards
- Assume responsibility for professional growth and development by participating in educational activities to promote improvement and compliance with ICAEL/ICAVL standards
- Provide customer service by utilizing communication skills to ensure organizational objectives and mission is maintained
- Maintenance and care of equipment within the department
