Responsibilities
- Assists the patients, their families, and the unit staff in providing timely, customer oriented services.
- Provides individualized visual monitoring of the patient
- Assists nursing staff in providing a safe environment
- Maintains patient confidentiality and protects patient dignity
- Provides customer oriented services to help meet the patient’s needs.
Qualifications
