Job Description
The successful candidate will perform routine and special laboratory procedures, ensuring the accuracy of clinical laboratory testing. Responsibilities include performing quality control, preventative maintenance, minor equipment repairs, and inventory control, statistical compilation and data analysis, participating in quality assurance and performance improvement tasks, and providing new employee training and proficiency testing as assigned.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a baccalaureate degree in medical technology, clinical laboratory science, or an associates degree in medical laboratory technician studies or a related field, along with current knowledge of clinical laboratory techniques and principles.
