Responsibilities Assists the patients, their families, and the unit staff in providing timely, customer oriented services Provides individualized visual monitoring of the patient Assists nursing staff in providing a safe environment Maintains patient confidentiality and protects patient dignity Provides customer oriented services to help meet the patient’s needs Qualifications Job Requirements : High School Diploma or GED required
