Job Summary
The Occupational Therapist shall provide age-appropriate occupational therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position's qualifications, provisional practices and ethical standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide age-appropriate occupational therapy services
- Assess and evaluate patient needs
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an approved school
- A minimum of six (6) months experience in an acute, rehabilitation or outpatient setting
- Membership in American Occupational Therapy Association (OATA) and Texas Occupational Therapy Association (TOTS)
