The Be Well Institute expands access to compassionate, evidence-based treatment for people who use substances and with substance use disorders (alcohol or drug) and/or mental illness.
The Evaluation Analyst, under limited supervision, will execute evaluation plans, including the development of standard operating procedures, scheduling of interviews, conducting interviews and focus groups, creating surveys, analyzing data, and contributing to the development of reports and presentations. In addition, the position will directly engage with various internal and external program stakeholder groups to develop logic models and serve as the evaluation expert for their assigned programs. Candidates with qualitative analysis experience is highly preferred for this role.
