Our hospital includes a 24-hour ER with Level 1 trauma center, a comprehensive stroke center, more than 500 physicians, and a full complement of subspecialty groups.
Job Responsibilities
The Lactation Consultant coordinates patient care and educational activities related to lactation for staff and breastfeeding mothers in inpatient or outpatient settings.
This professional caregiver uses the nursing process to provide overall coordination, planning, and management of lactation services to staff / physicians.
