Responsibilities
- Perform all procedures relevant to breast imaging
- Utilize a comprehensive approach to breast health in accordance with departmental policy at the three sites of service: the Breast Care Center, off-site screening mammography service, and the mobile mammography van
- Participate in required technical and program continuous quality improvement activities and demonstrate exceptional patient service skills
Qualifications
Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Graduate of an approved school of radiologic technology
- Two year as a Radiologic technologist
- One year as a mammography technologist
- Currently certified AART and Texas Department of Health
- Certified in mammography
- CPR certified
- American Cancer Society certified Breast Self Exam instructor
Preferred Job Requirements
- Mobile mammography experience
