Position Summary
Assists customers with record and information requests. Processes patient record requests for immediate patient care in a timely fashion and 100% accuracy. Follows all HIPAA, federal and state regulations when releasing information. Scans records into our EMR. Helps other areas of the department when needed.
Position Qualification
High School diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
