Position Summary
Healthcare Professional that provides resources to patients, families, and providers to expedite timely access to quality care throughout all phases of the breast health care continuum. Care is coordinated using established guidelines, algorithms, and guidance from the breast radiologist. Works autonomously and collaboratively with the multidisciplinary breast team to assist in preventing fragmented or delayed care. Monitors and tracks follow up patients to ensure compliance with recommended follow up care and mandated MQSA Regulations. Serves as Team Lead and contact for all Breast Center admin staff. Acts proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration. Leads by example to motivate and engage to achieve goals.

Administrative Healthcare experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Years of Experience can be related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
