What are the responsibilities and job description for the ASSISTANT PROFESSOR, Department of Surgery Pediatric Division position at UT Southwestern Medical Center?
The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, Department of Surgery, Division of Pediatric Surgery is currently recruiting for a faculty member. Successful candidates will be committed to patient care and resident, fellow, and medical student education. Scholarly activity that advances surgical science and clinical medicine are highly desired. Candidates will be expected to participate in the clinical practice and teaching programs primarily at Children’s Health Plano, as well as at the Children’s Health Dallas, UT Southwestern University hospitals, Parkland Memorial Hospital, and other additional facilities
Applicant must be Board Certified in General Surgery, have completed a Pediatric Surgery Fellowship, be Board Eligible or Certified in Pediatrics Surgery, and be eligible for a Texas Medical License.
