JOB SUMMARY
The Command Center Board Supervisor is responsible for monitoring, managing, and providing operational oversight of the Transport and Environmental Services (EVS) command center board leads. This role ensures efficient coordination of resources, timely task assignments, and real-time support to frontline staff. The operator plays a critical role in maintaining service excellence and operational efficiency across both departments.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

Education
High School graduation or GED.
Experience
1 year in a healthcare support services role, such as Transport, EVS, or related area
Higher education in lieu of experience will be considered.
Licenses and Certifications

JOB DUTIES
Monitor and manage real-time activity on Transport and EVS command center boards, ensuring tasks are assigned and completed promptly.
Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations related to transport and EVS operations.
Ensure that service requests are properly logged, tracked, and closed in the system.
Maintain awareness of resource availability and adjust assignments as needed to optimize workflow.
Provide real-time support to transport and EVS staff, troubleshooting issues and addressing concerns as they arise. Cover the board during peak times or call-ins.
Communicate effectively with clinical and operational teams to prioritize tasks and resolve conflicts.
Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to address staffing or resource challenges.
Monitor performance metrics, such as task completion times and service levels, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Generate and share daily, weekly, and monthly reports on command center operations.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures for both Transport and EVS operations.
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance command center efficiency.
Provide feedback to supervisors and leadership regarding process improvements and technology upgrades.
Stay informed about updates to the command center systems and train staff as necessary.
