Collaborate with faculty and academic departments on the development of courses and curricula in effective delivery
of modalities to include, but not limited to online, blended/hybrid and distance learning.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Required
Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in educational technology or related field.
Experience
3 years postsecondary teaching experience and/or postsecondary administrative experience in instructional or computer technology. and
3 years healthcare simulation experience and/or healthcare education experience.
JOB DUTIES
Plans and coordinates professional development opportunities.
Identify and develop opportunities that promote teaching and learning.
Designs and/or identifies instructional materials for faculty professional development opportunities.
Supports academic administration and faculty in the areas of instructional design, effective teaching strategies and assessment and evaluation.
Provide expertise in the use of educational technologies such as learning management systems (LMS), virtual slides, digital exams, and electronic discussion groups; assist in building templates for courses in LMS systems and assist instructors in building their individual courses.
Evaluate, recommend and assist in implementing new tools, software, techniques and solutions to support learning, teaching and classroom technology.
Provide on-site user training on LMS systems and collaborative tools to faculty.
Investigate new technologies and potential benefit for use inside the curriculum.
Supervise various educational staff as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.
