JOB SUMMARY
The Organizational Development Talent Planning and Succession Manager reports to the Assistant Vice President, Talent Development, and is responsible for developing, delivering, and measuring the effectiveness of Organizational Development Talent Planning activities aimed at identifying high-potential talent for growth and succession, as well as fostering and accelerating their leadership development. In addition, this role also provides oversight for performance management processes, career pathing, and individual development planning for UT Southwestern and its University Hospitals and Clinics.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Required
Master's Degree in Industrial / Organizational Psychology, business administration, human resources, or related field
5 years to 8 years of progressively responsible experience in talent management, succession planning, organizational development, or leadership development, including preferably experience in large corporate organizations, healthcare or university environment, or equivalent experience
Preferred
3 years of people management experience
ICF-certified coach Upon Hire
