Key Responsibilities for UI / UX Designer :

  • Conduct user research to understand user needs and pain points.
  • Develop user personas, journey maps, and other user experience documentation.
  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard design tools.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of design solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest UI / UX design trends and best practices.
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
  • Create and maintain design systems and style guides.

Qualifications and Experience Required for UI / UX Designer :

  • 2 years of experience as a UI / UX Designer, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating high-quality design.
  • Bonus points for experience with prototyping tools, animation software, and knowledge of front-end development principles.
