What are the responsibilities and job description for the Child Care Specialist position at Utah Behavior Services?
Are you avoiding a desk job? Do you want to be excited to go to work everyday? Can you multitask without losing your cool while babies are crying? Are you a compassionate, solution focused team player? Then keep reading! It sounds like you are ready to enrich the lives of young children.
This is NOT the place for someone who throws on a movie to entertain kids. We are looking for committed individuals who can inspire others. We want role models who can recognize success, with a playful and deliberate attitude. Asking questions and willingness to learn and adapt is crucial for this role.
If you are searching to plant the seeds in young children and want to see them blossom into caring and capable humans before they head off to school, then you’ve found the right job.
*Please note that this is not a certified daycare facility, and Utah Behavior Services does not provide daycare services to the general public. This childcare area is where employees of Utah Behavior Services bring their children to spend the time while services are being provided.
