*Responsibilities*
- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with accurate information.
- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for the office.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and packages.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth office operations.
- Utilize computerized systems for scheduling and managing client information.
- Provide support in office management tasks as needed.
*Qualifications*
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Proficiency in office management software and basic computer skills.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
